Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lists and consent

• Upload only numbers you have a lawful basis to call in the way ReKnock will call them, and keep the proof.
• Scrub the National Do Not Call Registry and every applicable state registry before uploading, and again at least every 31 days for lists you keep using.
• Never upload numbers of minors, numbers obtained by scraping, or numbers from a list whose seller could not tell you how consent was obtained.
• Honour every opt-out at once, everywhere you hold the number.

2. Scripts, pitches and knowledge

• No false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about savings, incentives, government programs, financing or eligibility.
• No impersonation of a utility, a government agency or anyone else.
• No pressure tactics that a reasonable person would find deceptive, threatening or abusive.
• No content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Nothing that instructs the agent to deny being automated when asked.

3. Prohibited uses

ReKnock may not be used for: debt collection; political or charitable solicitation; anything that requires a licence the customer does not hold; lead resale; calls to emergency lines, hospitals, or any number where the call would be unlawful; and any purpose other than setting appointments for a legitimate business the customer operates.

4. Numbers and reputation

You will not attempt to rotate numbers to evade spam labelling, spoof caller ID, exceed calling windows, or run more concurrent calls than your plan allows. We monitor answer rates, complaint rates and carrier flags, and we may pause a campaign or a number without notice when they move against you.

5. Security and the platform

You will not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, interfere with it, access another organization's data, share account credentials, or use the service to build a competing product.

6. Enforcement

Unrated LLC decides whether this policy has been breached. We may pause a campaign, release a number, suspend or terminate an account, and report unlawful activity, at our discretion. Fees already paid are not refunded when we act under this policy. Report abuse to hello@reknock.com.
